About Me

Trained by my Mother and her circle of international women home cooks, in South Africa. Recently ran a pop-up restaurant in Detroit for 5 years, that included a wildly popular dinner series titled Book & Bread: a four-course meal that concluded with the binding of 16thC journals. Currently chef at The Beacon Pantry, Beacon NY.
