About Me

From personal home cooking to catering joyous celebrations, I lovingly deliver the only art-form we require for sustenance.

Excellent cooking of course relies on technique and presentation. Most importantly, however is a fundamental love and respect for serving others.

My approach to cooking is one of deep respect. For it is not only an art form which can bring great joy to the consumer, it is the only type of art that we require for sustenance. In that regard, cooking is not only about excellent flavor, presentation and sustainability although these are essential. It is also innately about the understanding that the food being produced is maintaining life. In many respects, it is sacred.

I have been cooking for 11 years professionally, and am a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, as well as an alumni of the Waldorf Astoria, the Yale Club, and Red Rooster Harlem.

I Look forward to providing you with excellent food and service, with a positive and kind attitude.

  • Tano is absolutely the best!! We had the chance to meet him during our anniversary dinner. He is such a professional: well organized and prepared. You do not need to worry about your kitchen at all!!!! He communicates with his guests and provides A+++ service. It was an exquisite experience. We had a 3 course dinner, all being more tasty than the other. We had the most delicious meal according to our liking. Get ready to be pampered at your convenience! Go for him! You will not regret it!!!!
