Our experience with Table at Home was wonderful. It was a seamless experience from start to finish. We had multiple offers at first based on what we indicated we were looking for (a nice family dinner to honor a loved one). Chef Kyle could not have been better. He worked with us on creating our ideal menu and was great about communicating the entire time. Day of he arrived promptly on time and delivered the experience we were hoping and needing. We hired Chef Nicole for a cooking class. Theme: French. We had a great time. Nicole was very nice and friendly. She even brought me flowers. She was very accomodating to some last minute changes we made to the menu. Her food was delicious. Good quality ingredients. Almost everything she brought was organic. I was especially looking forward to learning to make Grand Marnier Souffle with the sauce and it turned out perfect! She made the class interactive and I will definitly be making the new recipies she taught. Thank you Chef Nicole!

I must say, this was a fantastic way to throw a dinner party! All we had to do was tidy the house and set the table for 8 people. Our chef Meg was fabulous. She started the evening with shrimp tempura amuse bouche, followed by a caprese salad, halibut or filet mignon and ended it with the best crème brûlée I’ve ever had. Both entrees were delicious. I decided to get a helper for her so I could sit with the guests the entire time.Meg and Sonia were very professional and friendly. I highly recommend Meg and thank her for helping me create an elegant and delicious experience for my partner’s birthday party.

Absolutely FANTASTIC. This business is everything you could imagine and more. Within 5 minutes of posting we had three responses with diverse menus that fit the cuisine we were looking for. We went with Chef Vera (the BEST) and never looked back. She sourced the freshest ingredients - shrimp, veal, vegetables - and everything was cooked to perfection. Aside from the food, Chef Vera was a genuine delight to have in our home. She was the sweetest person and so great to our kids. We will 100% be using this service again.

Chef Nick made my husbands 40th birthday AMAZING. Initially I chose a different chef website that I would never use again. Take a chef was easy, reliable and cut and dry. From the first time speaking to chef Nick he was a true gentleman and an absolute pleasure to work with. He made an elote tostada for appetizer that was BY FAR the best we’ve ever had. Carnitas tacos for dinner with the freshest ingredients and the flavors were unreal. For dessert he made a lemon tart with confit cherries. Can’t wait for Chef Nick to come again. We used Table at Home to find a local chef for my parent’s 50th wedding anniversary dinner. Table at Home made it so easy to connect with chefs offering a wide variety of cuisines. We worked with Chef Vincent and we cannot say enough great things about him and his food! He accommodated the entire family- even bringing supplies for the younger kids to make pizzas while the adults ate dinner! Delicious food, great stories, and extremely talented and professional. We could not have asked for things to go more smoothly. We requested a celebratory family dinner for 12 adults and 4 children (ranging in age from 2 to 14). In a few days, Chef Matt came back with a proposal that fit the bill perfectly. We touched base via phone a couple of days prior to the event to fine tune things.Chef Matt arrived an hour and a half prior to our guests to get his dishes started….and EVERYTHING was delicious! From the unique cocktail, yummy hot appetizers, three course dinner to dessert, all dishes were layered with flavor and presented beautifully. Matt made kid friendly items for the littles and also provided a tasting plate so they could sample some of the grownup dishes. The flow of the evening was perfect, allowing us to really relax, enjoy the flavors and each other’s company.All we provided was the flatware and glasses, as well as our own wine and champagne. Chef Matt brought everything else. In addition to cooking the food, he served us at the table, and left the kitchen spotless. It was an amazing evening that we will never forget. Thanks, Chef Matt!

I placed a request on tableathome.com to plan a dinner for my 30th birthday, and Kamal Rose responded within the hour. Once I had outlined my preferences, Kamal immediately sent back a customized menu which looked amazing. Throughout the week he was very responsive with any questions I had and had plenty of suggestions, I could tell that he was a professional just from my conversations with him. When it came to the event, he arrived exactly on time, was very well-prepared and was incredibly professional. I could tell that this was second nature to him and he truly knew his way around the kitchen. We ate right on time and he served us one of the best meals I had ever had. The food was hot, fresh and absolutely delicious. I cannot think of one thing that I would change or anything negative at all. He cleaned while he cooked and also made sure the kitchen was clean before he left. This experience was even better than I had expected and we will absolutely be doing this again. I HIGHLY recommend Chef Kamal Rose and cannot wait for him to come back and cook for us again!
