**Appetizer**
Marinated & Roasted Tofu Spring Rolls.
Will teach how to properly roll spring rolls with dried rice paper wraps. Guests will have the opportunity to create their own custom appetizers! Will also give a demo of how to make peanut sauce and a sweet chili sauce.

**Salad**
Fresh mozzarella caprese, heirloom tomatoes, balsamic reduction, roasted baby beets and candied nuts. Guests will learn how to make candied nuts, balsamic reduction and how to roast beets to perfection.

**Enteee**
Fresh Orecchiette Pasta, Pomodoro Sauce with Capers and Parmesan. Guests will be shown how to make pasta dough from scratch and form their own noodles. We will also make a simple yet elegant sauce through easy steps that will result in a product everyone can be proud of and excited to re create for their friends or family.

**Dessert**
Flourless chocolate cake with raspberry purée and ice cream.
Guests will be given an amazing recipe that is very simple to execute, and one of the most divine deserts imaginable. Served warm with ice cream and a raspberry sauce created on the spot.

I am always open to different ideas and look forward to working with you and your friends to create a menu everyone will be excited to cook! The dishes I have picked are some of my favorites and not too intricate or difficult to create. I look forward to teaching a few fundamentals while still allowing time to enjoy the evening and have fun along the way. Please don't hesitate to provide different options, we have plenty of time to talyor the perfect menu for your night!
