Hello my name is chef Tiana. I am a private chef in the DMV. I am a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. I have owned several restaurants and have been the private chef to many high profile clientele. All items in this menu can be made Split to accommodate both of your meal preferences. Although you have asked for only a few courses, I felt that you should have a true chef experience with multiple courses.
