Hi my name is Richie Farina and I am the former executive chef of Moto Restaurant in Chicago, during my time there I earned and maintained a one Michelin star rating for three years. I have over twenty years of cooking experience from casual to fine dining. I have also appeared on several tv shows including season nine of Top chef and I was the host of my own show on the cooking channel last summer called Carnival Kings.

My idea with this menu is to create a very seasonal and delicious meal and incorporate some of my modern cooking techniques.
