Hi

My name is Richie Farina and I am the former executive chef of Moto where I earned a one star Michelin rating. I have over twenty years of cooking experience and was the host of my own tv show called Carnival Kings on the cooking Channel last year. I have also appeared on other tv shows such as Top Chef season 9, Iron chef America and many others .

I currently work at Monteverde which is one of the best Italian restaurants in the city.

My idea with this menu is to have top quality food that is super fun and delicious. I will incorporate some of my modern techniques to make the meal one that is soon to be forgotten. For example the dessert will use liquid nitrogen to give you an “angry dragon breath “ where you blow smoke out of your nose and mouth.
