My idea with this menu is to present a variety of flavors and focus on great product.

The meal will have a few of the modern techniques I have learned over the years incorporated to it,

I have over twenty years of cooking experience with fifteen being in fine dining. I love to take the high end fine dining experience into your home and make the meal one you will not forget.
