Hi my name is Richie Farina and I and the former executive chef of Moto restaurant. I have over 20 years of cooking experience from causal to fine dining.
My idea with this menu is to do a family style bbq and have a variety of meats to choose from with some sides featuring great spring produce ranging from cold salads to hot side dishes.
