Congratulations! Wow new little one and a Birthday.
I would be happy to come hangout and cook with the birthday boy. You kind of gave a dream description so I gave you a dream menu but I am more than happy to discus and tweak or completely change direction.
Since you are foodies, I have been a chef for Sean Brock at Husk (hence the menu above) Mark Ladner at Del Posto, April Bloomfield at The Breslin and Glasserie. I spent a good portion of my career as an R&D chef so I love experimenting and teaching. Some of the things above would require prep ahead of time but I can leave the recipes and happy to help in the future.
