About Me

My passion for cooking started the day my grandma got me a kitchen play-set. Once I outgrew it, my Dad said it was time to get me into the kitchen. The first thing I ever cooked was a bear steak. When I was 12 years old, I got my first job at the pub across the street. I made five dollars an hour cash to wash dishes, patty burgers, make pizza dough and clean the walk in. When I was 15 I worked in a bakery making donuts and breads, and that summer I worked at the Harbor Beach Resort Association as a dishwasher. Two weeks later I was promoted to pantry/ garde manage’. I was asked to come back the following summer to work in the bakery. Once I turned 18, it was time to go to college. Where else would I go but to culinary school. I graduated with 2 degrees. Culinary arts and International baking and pastry. from Florida Culinary Institute in West Palm Beach, Florida.
My career just took off after that. I kept on my culinary journey, ending up in California. I have done all kinds of fun jobs from private chef, wok cook, sous chef, personal chef, pastry chef, wood stone. To my very current promotion from sous chef to executive chef/ kitchen manager at the farmhouse at the Leichtag Foundation in Encinitas. On the side I run my own private event business The Blooming Apron.
Honestly I am in the kitchen everyday, it is my number one passion. My why.
Recently my passions have led me to the farm to table movement. I specialize in California Cuisine.

    Chef Tiffani created a memorable and delicious birthday brunch! We loved the made to order omelet bar with local eggs. The crispy karage’’chicken and Belgium waffle sliders served with Kickin’ sauce, whipped butter and maple syrup was simply delicious! We loved the salt and vinegar home fries, dulce de Leche pancakes and arugula salad. Chef Tiffani is simply the best. She is responsive, professional and accommodating. The presentation was beautiful, but the food tasted even better. Everyone devoured the food and it was one of the best meals we have ever had. I highly recommend Chef Tiffani!

    Tiffani was amazing! The food was delicious Asian fusion and she brought Asian style serving plates for an added touch. She worked with us to pick a perfect menu and did not disappoint! After the meal she left the kitchen spotless. 100% reccomend if you're considering chowing Tiffani for your special meal!!

    Amazing experience! Fabulous! Chef Tiff was excellent. She was professional, personable, organized- and a fantastic cook. We had an interactive cooking lesson and a 4 course meal - both outstanding. We learned a ton and enjoyed every minute, every bite. Great job!

  • 4+ Course Plated Meal for 2 - Anita (ID 100331)

    We could have gone for a very nice dinner at a restaurant for our 15th wedding anniversary. Instead we opted to trying out a personal chef so we could experience a unique meal we couldn't otherwise get in a restaurant catering to the masses.

    We have reviewed three proposals and Chef Tiffani Tincher's proposal stood beautifully. It was fresh, innovative, and adventourous. My husband and I consider ourselves adventurous eaters and selected and asked Chef Tiffani to amaze us.

    She arrived on time, bringing her kitchen with her. She also supplied antique China plates and chopsticks.

    She served us a full 6-course Asian fusion meal. Foraged local produce, Black Angus sirloin skewers, local fish caught that day, and the dissection and serving of live Uni tableside, prepared with mouthwatering pork belly wrapped in bao buns. Dessert was tapioca pudding with mango, black sesame and coconut milk sorbet.

    After the meal, the chef broke down her own kitchen and left no trace of her being there at all, except in our memories.

    What an experience! Book her. You will not regret it.

    Tiffani was nothing short of INCREDIBLE! She was on time, communicative, and so professional. The food was perfectly executed and tasted amazing. I would book her every night if I could. I honestly cannot say enough on how happy I am with my experience with her and booking through Table at Home. I cannot wait to request her again. I highly recommend booking with Tiffani!!
