My name is Meg and I am a classically trained chef who has been working in professional kitchens for the last seven years throughout NYC and Las Vegas. My strengths lie in creating contemporary Italian and French influenced dishes as well as globally inspired modern plated desserts, many of which are pictured below.
Additionally, I enjoy giving cooking classes to both adults and children of all ages (3 yrs and up), particularly children as I feel a lot of useful life skills can be imparted in the kitchen. In a nutshell, nothing brings me more joy than cooking for others and I look forward to the challenge and adventure that each new client brings. Chef Meg was awesome! I planned a surprise dinner and she helped me pull it off flawlessly. She has a great personality and was great to talk to on top of our food being delicious. She suggested a great pinot noir that paired perfectly with our meal. We had the filet mignon as our main course, cooked spot on, but our favorite was the dessert which was the Baileys creme brulee. Overall an outstanding experience with excellent food which made for a perfect evening.
